Singing Lessons for Children

Mildura Singing School has a special program for children in grades 1 to 6. I also teach high school age students in years 7-12.

I have been teaching singing for 14 years. I have a Diploma of Music and a current Victorian Working with Children (WWC) Check.

Your child will not only learn singing, they will also learn how to read and play music through fun music games and activities.

Depending on the age, skill level and confidence of your child, they may be able to perform for others and even complete music exams.

When are lessons held?

Lessons are scheduled after 3.45pm weekdays and after 10am on Saturdays.

Do you homeschool your children?

If you schedule your 30 minute lesson on a weekday before 3.00pm you will receive a special discounted rate.

Lessons are held at the same time each week.

Scholarships

Mildura Singing School offers a scholarship to one hardworking student every year. Entries are open to all Mildura Singing School students.
Applications are accepted in Term 4 of each year.

Performing

Mildura Singing School students have the option of completing music exams and performing in public if they are at the appropriate skill level.
Many people like to learn singing just for fun, they are not interested in completing exams or singing in public. You don't have to perform in public or participate in singing examinations unless that is something that you want and are ready to do.
Mildura Singing School has been open since February 2004.

New students are welcome to begin lessons at any time of the year.
